Thank you for shopping with HIGH ROCK VAPES. This policy outlines our updated shipping procedures, rates, and delivery expectations for our customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Speed: All orders are arranged for dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearance during business days.
  • Schedule: Processing occurs Monday through Friday. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
  • Notifications: If there is an exception or an unforeseen delay, you will be notified immediately via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use premium tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

Same-Day Delivery (Dublin Only)

For our customers within Dublin, we offer an exclusive same-day delivery service using our private delivery vans.

  • Availability: This service is available Monday through Friday only.
  • Exclusions: Same-day delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch.
  • Late Orders: Any Dublin orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the following working day.
  • Delivery Window: Qualifying orders are typically delivered to your door by 9:00 PM the same day.

General Delivery Information

  • Dispatch Speed: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 business hours once payment is confirmed.
  • Operational Days: Dispatch occurs on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Proactive Updates: If an exception occurs or your shipment is delayed, we will notify you promptly via email.
  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address and Eircode before payment, as items are sent exactly to the address provided.

Shipping Rates

1. Republic of Ireland:

    • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over €120.
    • Standard rates apply for orders under €120 (calculated at checkout).

2. Northern Ireland:

    • No Free Shipping: The €120 free shipping offer does not apply to Northern Ireland.
    • Northern Ireland customers are always required to pay a delivery fee, which is calculated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: Items are dispatched to the exact address provided with your order.
  • Verification: Please confirm your address and Eircode are 100% correct before completing payment.
  • Errors: High Rock Vapes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may incur additional charges for re-delivery.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Delays: While we strive for speed, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier strikes, extreme weather, or incorrect address information.
  • Damaged/Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@highrockvapes.ie within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
  • Once an order has entered the shipping phase or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
