Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Returns: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery (a €5 restocking fee applies).
  • Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vapes and accessories are strictly non-refundable unless confirmed faulty.
  • Damaged/Faulty Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect address or missed/failed delivery by An Post, DPD, or our Dublin delivery team. Refunds and cancellations will not be provided in these circumstances.
