  • Northern Ireland: 2–3 Working Days.
  • Dublin Same-Day Delivery: Order before 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri) to get your order delivered to your door by 9:00 PM the same day.

Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Returns: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery (a €5 restocking fee applies).
  • Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vapes and accessories are strictly non-refundable unless confirmed faulty.
  • Damaged/Faulty Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect address or missed/failed delivery by An Post, DPD, or our Dublin delivery team. Refunds and cancellations will not be provided in these circumstances.
