Returns & Refunds
- 14-Day Returns: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery (a €5 restocking fee applies).
- Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vapes and accessories are strictly non-refundable unless confirmed faulty.
- Damaged/Faulty Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
